D-Square will order and coordinate the installation or disconnection of Local, Carrier, PRI, Enhanced Features, or DS3 and above circuits to its Client’s corporate location or point of interconnect.

In addition, D-Square will track and maintain constant communication with its Client’s provider to ensure that each and every request is completed by the desired due date. More importantly, D-Square does not consider an order closed until the entire circuit has been tested, end to end.

D-Square provides a daily tracking report to its Client’s, which lists order status, pre-completion critical dates, and pertinent comments related to order status.

D-Square seeks at all times, through the coordination of order activity, to achieve minimal delays in providing communication services from its Client’s providers.
