Revenue Assurance Audit
All Telecom Companies have a revenue life cycle, which involves:
  • Service Activation
  • Order Activation
  • Distribution Management
  • Receivables Management

The Revenue Assurance Audit seeks to maximize revenue by analyzing all fixed facility cost, invoiced to the Client by its vendors, where the cost for services can be directly attributed to each Private Line customer. The Revenue Assurance Audit relates the monthly recurring cost (“MRC”) billed to the Client to the MRC charged to the Clients customer. Underbilling or more often zero billing of MRC’s to the customer will become evident. In addition, continued vendor billing for disconnected circuits will be identified.

The results of such an audit will provide the Client with direction on where improvements, changes or enhancements are required within the Clients revenue life cycle.
