TAC is a complete outsource solution for a Telecommunication Audit Department. D-Square audits and manages the Client’s communication network costs by:
  • The analysis and verification of Tariff and/or Contractual rates and obligations to billed charges.
  • The comparison of both billed circuits and usage with Client in-house ordering, expensing, billing and circuit tracking systems.
  • Vouchering each invoice into Client’s financial system and reconcile total amount due for designated management approval for payment.
  • The dispute of any incorrect billing and resolution negotiations with telecom vendors.
  • Updating and maintaining Client’s data systems with billed versus expense data and any other information pertinent to Client’s required record keeping.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to management.

TAC services can be contracted for transitional periods of as little as 6 months or multiple years as required.
